1. Privacy Policy

By purchasing a membership or using our platform and giveaways, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. We may update the Privacy Policy, with changes posted on the Site. If you disagree with any updates, stop using the Site and/or Service immediately.

2. The Services

FELICITY CLUB offers a rewards platform with discounts at many stores and consultancy and auto repairs, and we hope to add many more services in the future. Members can manage discounts, payments, and details through their dashboard. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Your use of the Site and Service is subject to these Terms and Conditions, and we may limit or restrict access without notice.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Memberships and one-time packages are non-refundable if purchased during promotions or giveaways. Under Australian Consumer Law:

• You can cancel your service for a refund or compensation for major failures.
• You can request a refund or replacement for major issues with goods.
• For minor issues, we will address them or offer a refund and cancel the service if unresolved.

Refunds or exchanges are not available for change of mind or misunderstandings.

3. One-Time Membership Packages

4. Termination of One-Time Membership Packages

To cancel your one-time membership, log into your FELICITY CLUB web portal, go to the Membership section, and click the cancel button. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation. You will receive an email confirming that your membership has been cancelled, and you will no longer receive any ads from us. Your account will be removed from our portal, and you will not be charged any further.

Please note that one-time memberships are non-refundable, and any bonus entries you have accumulated will be forfeited.

5. Use of Site and Service

By using the Site or Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Post or share material that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of others.
• Engage in attacks or attempts to disrupt the Site or Service, such as denial-of-service attacks.
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Site, Service, or other users' accounts.
• Develop or transmit content that is defamatory, harmful, obscene, or obstructs others' use.

6. Third-Party Products, Services, and Discounts

FELICITY CLUB may feature third-party products, services, and discounts on the Site for the benefit of our paid members. We do not endorse or guarantee these third-party offerings and assume no responsibility or liability for them.

7. Felicity Club Intellectual Property

All design, content, and layout on the Site, including the Felicity Club trademark, logo, text, graphics, and images, are owned by Felicity Club and protected by Australian and international laws. You may not copy, alter, share, or use these materials without explicit written permission.

8. Member Representations and Warranties

The Participant agrees and warrants that they will not attempt to contact any affiliate, employee, sponsor, or partner of Felicity Club to influence or manipulate the Contest results.

10. Giveaway Disclaimers

By joining Felicity Club, you agree to resolve any disputes about the Contest or prizes individually, not as a class action.
